TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL TOS

  • Simple / semi-complex backgrounds only.

  • Max. 3 characters (in one illust). Extra character price is 75% of the original price.

  • I have the right to decline a commission politely for any reason.

SOCIAL GUIDELINES & ART POLICY

  • Personal use commission : clients will use the commissioned works STRICTLY for personal use and not for sale.

  • Commercial use of commission for streaming / content use will be charged x2 times.

  • Commercial use of commission for merchandise / ads / print will be charged x3 times.

  • I have the right to post commissioned works on my portofolio or social platform, unless NDA requirement is fulfilled (privacy fees).

  • I still have full rights and ownership over all of my commissioned works.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • Commission will start when payment (100%) and rough sketch agreement are fulfilled.

  • Payment via PayPal or VGen.

  • No refunds allowed, except if I'm the one doing it from unforeseen circumstances that won't allow me to finish commission.

PROCESS

  • Rough Sketch → Payment → Lineart & Clean Up → Coloring & Rendering → Finished (sent via e-mail)

  • All updates would be sent through VGen DM. Skeb (Surprise Me) commission will not have the process updates sent.

  • Clients could see the updates on my Trello waitlist as well.

  • Clients could choose to pay upfront first before the sketch.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • CLIENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COMMISSION FOR AI LEARNING / NFT PURPOSE.

  • Please do credit me if you could, since all the artworks still rightfully belongs to me.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

  • Payment time expires in 21 days. If the payment time expires, you will be removed from the waiting list. You will have to fill in the request template again to be included in the waiting list and if there are slots available.

  • Commission (without deadline) will take around 1-5 weeks at max. Depending on personal factors, the time could change, and I will inform you beforehand if that happens.

  • Rush commission might be available upon request, with client's specific deadline and rush fee. Please message me first for availability.

  • Max revision : 3 times. Please give a detailed references (visual / strong descriptions / moodboards) to avoid further revisions.

  • I will send the finished work in PNG and/or JPG format via e-mail. You could request a PNG transparent image before requesting the commission.
